Our team has extensive experience of investing in and managing commercial and residential property assets during all phases of the market cycle. We work with institutional equity and private investors to advise upon an appropriate investment strategy. We leverage our experience and market knowledge to source properties which fit with our capital’s investment strategy and work to maximise their value by instituting best-in class management.

Primera Capital is currently working with clients to acquire, refurbish and let residential units on a long-term basis for social housing in Ireland.

Interim CFO

Leveraging off our accounting, finance and structuring experience, Primera Capital provides an interim Chief Financial Officer services to companies. Our CFO offering is flexible and can be tailored to the needs of a client, and scalable to a client’s needs.

Meet our Team

Eugene Davy
Eugene Davy

Eugene has more than 15 years’ experience in real estate covering property investment, development and financing in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.

Eugene has worked on a broad range of asset classes, including residential, offices, retail and hotels, as well as the acquisition of loan portfolios in Ireland, the UK and Europe. Eugene previously spent 11 years working for Avestus Capital Partners (formerly Quinlan Private) as director of Acquisitions.

Eugene is a chartered accountant having trained in KPMG’s corporate finance department

John Sutton
John Sutton

John previously held the position as Group Finance Director, for the Isle of Man based The Derwent Group, which has real estate assets across the UK and Ireland.

Prior to that, John worked at Director level with Avestus Capital Partners (formerly Quinlan Private) where he was the portfolio manager for all of the firm’s development assets across Central Europe. He was also heavily involved in investments across the firm, from hotel portfolio purchases, to office portfolios, to loan portfolios.

He trained with Deloitte, is a chartered accountant and holds a Masters in Information Technology.
