Eugene has more than 20 years experience in real estate investment and financing in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe.
Eugene has experience across a broad range of asset classes, including residential, offices, retail and hotels and has a strong track record in deal sourcing, asset management and structuring complex transactions. Eugene previously spent 11 years working for Avestus Capital Partners (formerly Quinlan Private) as Director of Acquisitions.
Eugene is a chartered accountant having trained in KPMG’s corporate finance department.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and real estate financing, having been involved in over €1 billion in development and investment financing. He headed up the Real Estate Origination section for Bank of Ireland Corporate banking. Prior to that he worked for Merrill Lynch and KBC Bank. Michael holds a degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Economics.

John is an experienced real estate professional and previously held the position of Group Finance Director, for the Isle of Man based The Derwent Group, which has real estate assets across the UK and Ireland.
Prior to that, John worked at Director level with Avestus Capital Partners (formerly Quinlan Private) where he was the portfolio manager for the firm’s development assets across Central Europe. He was also heavily involved in investments across the firm, from hotel portfolio purchases, to office portfolios, to loan portfolios.
He trained with Deloitte, is a chartered accountant and holds a Masters in Information Technology.
